What we look for in Advisory graduates:
You graduate with a master’s degree before 1 September 2019. You probably have international experience from studying or working abroad, combined with relevant work experience from a student job or internship. If you see yourself as part of the Advisory track your educational background is probably within finance, economics, business administration or similar. You have strong interpersonal skills and are great at seeing the world from the point of view of our customers. As an Advisory Graduate you will work with developing services to selected customer segments as you help them to be financially confident and achieve their ambitions. You contribute to our aspiration to be number 1 on customer experience.

For all tracks, you need to really stand out, and to have an exceptional personality and a change mindset. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
