About us

Founded in 1991, LINC is the prime society for students interested in finance at Lund University, Sweden. With over 350 active members, we are now the second largest student body group in the School of Economics and Management. We aim to promote finance-related activities and enrich the lives of our members, giving them the resources needed to succeed in their academic and professional endeavours. We strive to do this by:

• Acting as a bridge between our sponsors and members to provide a forum which allows for the exchange of ideas, sharing of experience, and expansion of networks.
• Promoting the interaction between students and the industry by regularly organizing events with leading stock broking firms and investment banks, in order to gain a greater insight into established investment practices.
• Developing our members' financial expertise by offering practical training in systems such as Thomson Datastream, Thomson Reuters, MS Excel and SIX Edge.
